FAQ About Fun Photo Booths

How much do you charge for photo booth hourly rentals? We don’t actually rent by the hour. Our packages start at $395 and includes three hours of photos (additional hours are at $125/hour).

What is your deposit? The deposit is 50% of the rental fee. The balance is due 30 days before your event. We accept all credit cards as well as checks and money orders.

Do you charge extra for set up of your booths? No, we will arrive early to set up the booth and then take it away at the end of the event.

Do you charge for the time its set up but not running? We charge $30 per hour extra for idle time. This idle time could be at the beginning of the rental (you want it set up before your guests arrive, but not operational for a few hours) or even in the middle of your rental time (you want it running for an hour, then closed during dinner and back up and running after dinner).

Do we get unlimited photos during the rental period? Yes. However, you are limited by how fast you and your guests get in and out of the booth and how fast the equipment runs. Based off of those factors, we will get about 50 sessions per hour on average. Sessions include 4 pictures which print out on one sheet.

I have 200 guests at my wedding, how many hours should I rent the booth for? Using the above average of 50 sessions per hour, if two people go in the booth at a time you’d only need 2 hours (although your rental includes 3 hours). However, often you have a guest of honor who wants pictures with several different groups of people, that adds to the number of hours. Also, there are usually groups of friends and relatives who want to have pictures taken together. So, you’ll really need to use your own judgment on that. My suggestion would be 3 – 4 hours.

How much floor space will the booth take up? Will you need anything besides electricity? The booth itself is 5’ (wide) x 5’ (deep) x 6’ (tall). With the printer table and the attendant table, we actually need about a 6’ x 8’ space. Electricity is the only thing we need for it to work (a 3 prong outlet).

How many people can fit inside the booth? The booth is 5 feet by 5 feet, so it seats 3 people comfortably, but if you get creative, it can hold 6 to 8 people.

Is it wheel chair accessible? It is wheel chair accessible. Our booth is unique in that the bench can be removed and people in wheel chairs can then use the booth.

What is your service area? We generally service the Fresno, California, area. We will deliver free within 45 minutes of Fresno. We will rent outside that area, however there will be additional fees. Please call for rates. A hotel may also need to be provided.
